Interior Decorating Fail

I'm not sure what the designer was thinking/drinking/smoking/ingesting when this seemed like a good idea. I mean, sure, I love babies. I have one of my own. But these are just plain creepy. Where are these appropriate? They don't really send the message of "Let's kick back with a couple cocktails" the way traditional string lights do. These say, "Mmm... babies... Taste the rainbow."

Not exactly a message anyone I know is trying to put out there.
